The Revised Code of Washington

(RCW) 89.08

Conservation districts are local political subdivisions of Washington State.  As such they are regulated under RCW 89.08 which guides districts in their operations.  89.08 is reviewed annually by the board of supervisors and staff at their annual retreat to ensure complete understanding by new board/staff and to highlight any changes enacted by the legislature.  For a complete copy of RCW 89.08 please see either the Washington State RCW page or click on the link below for a PDF version.
