District Annual Meeting

2006 Annual Meeting in Mansfield

Every year Foster Creek CD and South Douglas CD host an annual all day meeting.  Every even year it is held in Mansfield and in Waterville in odd years.  The meeting offers presentations on new agricultural products, current district projects, reports from Central Washington Grain Growers and the Crop Improvement Association.  Additionally, district supervisor elections are held over a specific time period during the meeting.

North Central Washington Fair

Foster Creek CD NCW Fair Display

Every August, Foster Creek CD is happy to participate in the North Central Washington Fair.  We typically have two informational displays for visitors to see.  One outlines all of the current District projects, the other focuses on one program in particular.  The photo above focused on Xeriscaping(tm) as part of our Watershed Planning program.
