Upcoming Meetings

Funds available for Community-Based Salmon Restoration. 

The National Fish and Wildlife Foundation (NFWF) and the Salmon Recovery Funding Board (SRFB) are pleased to announce the 2010 round of funding for the Community Salmon Fund - Upper Columbia River Region.  The Community Salmon Fund awards grants of up to $75,000 through a competitive application process for smaller-scale, community- based restoration projects that have a substantial benefit to watershed health and are consistent with local and/or regional salmon recovery plans.  Projects are also required to have a strong community involvement component.

Applications for the 2010 Community Salmon Fund - Upper Columbia River Region are due April 12th, 2010.  Applicants will be notified of the results by July 15th, 2010.  Please note: Funded projects must be completed by September 30th, 2012.
