LEGAL NOTICE 
Foster Creek Conservation District 
The Foster Creek Conservation District is accepting bids for the construction of a 
sediment control structure on East Foster Creek approximately 9 miles east of 
Bridgeport, Washington. The purpose of the structure is to stabilize the incised channel 
and provide an impoundment for sediment to settle. The project is scheduled for 
September/October 2008. A site inspection will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. on 
Thursday, August 14, 2008. Project proposals are due 4:30 p.m., local time, on 
Friday, August 22, 2008 in the office at the address listed below. For further
